Q. How to create an eCampus account?
A. Please check if you are on the correct link for your University or college. To create an account if you are registering the first time go to My Account Click Create Account fill the new account registration form to complete the new account creation.
If You are an existing student for ecampus store visit to Customer Login then sign in with your university email address and password you created for your eCampus Store account.
Q. Where can I find the link to the eCampus bookstore?
A. You need to visit your college/university LMS where you will find the eCampus store Icon over there/ Your university had shared the link in your university email ID; click that icon and you will directly be guided to the eCampus store. Create your account and then sign in using your user name and password. You find your course resources available for purchase.
Q. How do I find my course on the eCampus store?
A. Please click Textbooks on your eCampus store dashboard by default all the titles will be displayed on your dashboard you can search your enrolled course by course code select the Course, Instructor and Section.
Q. I have forgotten my password. What should I do?
A. If you have forgotten your password you can visit My account on eCampus store Customer Login page and click Forgot Password and change your password.
Q. I forgot to put my address for the Textbook I purchased.
A. You can update your address by visiting My account at eCampus store or during the order Now process before payment.
Q. I create my account providing the wrong Student ID.

Q. I cannot access the payment gateway / Payment gateway link is not working?
A. Please close and open your browser and go to my cart and complete the payment process

A. Please provide us with the given below details. We will check and if we found the payment received details, we will Re-send you an order confirmation email.

Q. Order received but cannot find the Access Code?
A. Please check your Inbox for an email from Growmorelearn. If it is in the junk folder or spam folder, please move the mail from the junk folder to Inbox to view the attachment. You will be emailed your Access code in a separate email once you make payment and your order invoice generated.
Q. How to access the Code?
A. Please check the instructions guide that comes with the code regarding which publisher the code is from. If you are unable to access, please provide us with the error screenshot or you can contact publisher support.
Q. We tried to download the code. But it’s not working?
A. You might be using a different publisher’s link. Please check the publisher’s instruction guide that comes with the code.
Q. What is the course link (for CMS) we have not received any link/ course key from the instructor?
A. If the code says Connect, Minitab, MyLab, Wiley plus etc. a Course Key or Course ID is needed from your instructor. Please contact your instructor for a Course Key or Course ID to redeem your code. If your course code says Vital sources, then first download the bookshelf and follow the instruction guide.
Q. I by mistake deleted the email can you resend the code?
A. Please tell us your student ID and university, and we will resend the codes.
Q. We had ordered a print book, not an eBook?
A. Please check the type of your resources if it says Digital Resources then it’s an eBook and if your purchase resource says Textbook it means your resources is in print form. If you had provided your address details does not mean that you had ordered a print book, please check your order type.
Q. My code is already redeemed. Please help.
A. Please send us your student ID and university, and the code you are redeeming along with the screenshot of the error message. We will check this issue and get back to you soon.
Q. I want to return my access codes as I have ordered a print version, not an ebook.
A. Access codes are non-refundable as you have seen the message come up when purchasing the codes. The university has requested an ebook for this course this semester. A print book is unavailable at the campus store.
Q. We do not want to purchase bundle books?
A. As per your course, these books are needed for the class, so books are sold as a bundle.
Q. Selected the wrong course and purchased the wrong coursebook?
A. If it's a print book, you can return the book and we will take it back delivery charge for return will be applied return of print books will be accepted within 7 days of purchase and the book should be in good condition for a refund.

If it's digital code, they are Nonrefundable.
Q. I have purchased two books, one is digital and the other is a textbook. When will they be delivered?
A. The digital code will be sent to you in your email as soon as it is processed. The textbook will be delivered to your registered address in 2 to 3 working days.
Q. If I purchased my books can I pick them up by myself?
A. The bookstore is closed at the moment. The books will be delivered by courier service to your registered address within 2 to 3 working days.
Q. I had ordered two books and I had received one book only?
A. We have received your order for the books. The other book might be currently out of stock and will be delivered to you as soon as we receive it from the publisher you will receive the mail acknowledgement for the same.
Q. Please refund my money back as my order got delayed.
A. Digital codes are non-refundable as you have seen the message come up when buying the resource.

If the print book is in good condition and still wrapped with the code, please return the book for a full refund minus the shipping charge.
Q. I’m trying to order a book, but the website isn’t allowing me to add it to my cart?
A. If there is a Coming Soon/ Out of Stock message next to the book you are trying to buy, the book is unavailable at the moment. We will inform you as soon as the book is available to purchase on the eCampus store.
